For an SME customer a material incident can devastate their business future. A rapid and supportive insurance claims response can be the difference between the business surviving or not.

Using a case study this session will focus on the needs of the SME customer in a claims situation and how insurers meet these needs.

  • Ideas on what SME customers should be thinking about when self- assessing how ready they are to cope with a material incident
